Ladle Car Weighing System:

Ladle Car Weighing System is MOBI RAIL based weighing system to weigh the Hot metal ladle car capacity up to 400 tons. The MOBI RAIL is designed to withstand high harsh environment without scarifying the accuracy of weighing, which can be fitted in the existing rail without any civil and structural modifications. MOBI RAIL is suitable for tough environmental conditions.

Torpedo Ladle Car Weighing System:


Torpedo Ladle Car Weighing System consists of two weigh assemblies, which fit side by side directly on standard forklift carriages – without the need for any mechanical adjustment/modification to the forklift.

The incredibly robust ladle turret scales are manufactured for the prevailing harsh ambient conditions. They are not affected by shock, interfering forces or huge fluctuations in temperature.

Quenching Car Weighing System:

Quenching car is a large structure based machine with 150 -300 tons tare Wight weighing low net weight.We have designed and developed a simple weighing system which can be mounted on the track, with maintaining the height and shape of existing rail gauge. The system can accurately measure even a small quantum of the material loaded in to the Pusher car.
The system can be integrated with user interface and remote PLC connectivity to know the time of loading, unloading, travel time, cycle time, shock resistance etc..
Pusher car is a large structure based machine with 400 to 500 tons tare Wight weighing low net weight.We have designed and developed a simple weighing system which can be mounted on the track, with maintaining the height and shape of existing rail gauge. The system can accurately measure even a small quantum of the material loaded in to the Pusher car.

Measurement Steel Billet Length Weighing System:

During the continuous casting process, the length and width of steel slabs can be easily measured while they move along a rolling table for sorting and classification purposes or data recording. A laser measurement system’s range is dependent on the surface of the object; the greater its reflectivity, the longer the measurement system’s range. However, the over-dimensioned range reserve ensures even dull objects are reliably detected. Additionally, the LMS’s housing is weatherproof; dirt, dust, and steam have no effect on the reliability of the measuring system.
